Plan the route before the crew leaves Arab
New Hope is north of Arab across the Marshall–Madison County area. Confirm the service address, travel route, and any subdivision or property-access restrictions.
The first conversation should cover the tub type, whether it is freestanding or deck-integrated, the connection status, the narrowest opening, slopes or stairs, carry distance, and a legal loading position.
Two local checks for a New Hope property
- Confirm the exact municipality, county, and property rules before relying on a disposal or curbside option.
- Send driveway, gate, grade, and loading-area photos so access is assessed for the actual address.
Questions to settle
Is every New Hope address covered?
Availability depends on the exact address and schedule. Confirm both before relying on service coverage.
Can municipal bulky pickup take a dismantled spa?
Rules and accepted materials vary. Check the current responsible authority before moving spa debris to a curb or public right-of-way.
